Hang on to your hats! The famous Wolf Bros cowboy neon sign that sat on Dodge for decades has returned and can be found in his new home, a brand new event venue owned by PJ Morgan Real Estate, The Hitch. Since PJ Morgan Real Estate began renovating the former Wolf Bros property for our new office space, the cowboy had been safely stowed away. We are thrilled to bring the cowboy to his new home.
The Hitch – An Uncommon Event Space
Managed by PJ Morgan Event Management, The Hitch is a modern industrial event space with a western twist. The interior is a blank canvas for any event with white walls, black ceilings, wood flooring, natural light, and your guests will love snapping a photo with “Wolfie”, the iconic cowboy neon sign. Whether you are hosting your wedding reception, annual company party, surprise birthday, or any memorable event, here is what you can expect at The Hitch:
- The Party Room – Approximately 4,000 square feet of open space with lofted exposed ceilings, a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, utility sink and a beautiful butcher block countertop for your food and beverage needs.
- The Dressing Room – A beautifully appointed space to get ready for your party or open as a sitting area for guests, featuring a vanity counter, soft seating, and a semi–private dressing area.
- The Training Room – 1200 square feet of additional space ready to host your small event, ceremony, buffet, dance floor, etc. Are you hosting a meeting? The Training Room has two 75” Teams-ready televisions, a whiteboard with a document camera to share your board, 18 moveable classroom-style tables and 36 chairs.
- Basic Coordination – We’ll ensure the space is ready for you and you know how to best use it through our coordination process, which can be completed through meetings or done entirely over email. Day of, a team member will be on call during your set up and a member of our team will arrive on site prior to guest arrival and stay to the very end.
- Open Vendor Policy – The Hitch’s open vendor policy allows you to utilize whomever you’d like for food and beverage needs (following local ordinances and guidelines).
