Maria Stageman joined the PJ Morgan Real Estate team in 2022 as a realtor. She discovered her passion for the real estate industry after purchasing her first investment property. Maria loved the process and the sense of accomplishment she felt after closing. As a result, she decided to pursue real estate investing, obtain a real estate license, and share her passion with others.
Having been raised in Mexico, she moved to the United States during her sophomore year of high school. Growing up in another country sparked her curiosity about exploring and traveling the world. It also gave her a desire to learn about other cultures, of course, while tasting their food.
Maria is the owner and operator of Corazon Property Rentals, LLC. She’s aspiring to grow her portfolio while helping clients become investors themselves. She brings her experience and passion in real estate to better serve her clients.
Maria values family, her work, and her community. She loves getting involved with nonprofits throughout the community she loves and lives in. When Maria is not hard at work, you will find her spending time with her daughter, Izzy, and husband, Michael.
