Jeremy Shirk, is an HOA Property Manager. He thrives on helping people solve problems. He enjoys getting to the heart of any issue by understanding the “why” behind it and working with clients to find solutions that make sense for them. 

He holds a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law and was previously a licensed real estate agent. Over the years, he has worked in various areas of real estate including residential and commercial real estate, title and escrow, mortgage negotiation and refinance, commercial lease administration, property management, and real estate law and probate.  

Outside of his professional life, Jeremy is actively involved in St. James United Methodist Church and has proudly fostered and adopted four boys through Child Savings Institute. He was honored with the 2018 Sarah Clark Award for his outstanding service to foster children in Nebraska.
