Hilary Simpson is an HOA Property Manager. With a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from UNL, plus minors in Business, Leadership, and Communications, Hilary’s got the perfect mix of skills to keep associations running smoothly.

Hilary’s background cultivates a deep understanding of customer service, operational efficiency, and creating exceptional experiences. Growing up in different neighborhoods across the city, she’s learned a lot about what makes communities click.

Hilary has been enjoying life as a new homeowner with her rescued exotic shorthair cat from Kuwait, and her boyfriend. Beyond work, she’s a big fan of audiobooks and podcasts, spending time with her family, going to the gym, spending time with her grandma on the weekends going shopping, visiting farmer’s markets, or enjoying brunch.
