Dan Benda is the Property Management Operations Manager, overseeing operations for our Property Management team. With over 20 years of industry experience, Dan has built a solid foundation in retail and warehouse logistics, having worked with companies such as Target, Sally Beauty, and Amazon.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, and has a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). After living in Wisconsin, Texas, and Colorado, Dan and his family decided to move back to his hometown of Omaha.

He has been happily married for 10 years, and he and his wife have a 5-year-old, Zoë. In his free time, Dan and his family love going to Valas in the Fall and visiting the zoo throughout the year. He enjoys watching soccer and football, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. Dan is an avid traveler, having already traveled to all 50 states. His goal is to set foot on all seven continents, with only Africa, Antarctica, and Australia remaining on his bucket list.
