Andrea joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a REALTOR® in 2022. Andrea developed and started her own retail business brand back in 2007. She grew that business and exited in early 2022. During her time as a retail business owner, she also worked as a business turn-around consultant. Taking struggling small businesses and implementing the proper strategies/systems to make them solvent again. Maximizing sales, operations, and finances for her clients in all industries. Andrea helps her husband with his small business, Undercover Kitchen. With that, she gets to design kitchen layouts and provide storage and organization ideas to clients!
Growing up with a dad that built custom homes, Andrea was always around real estate and construction. In her mid-twenties, she worked for a developer on a 150-unit townhome project. Andrea bought her first home in 2005. She and her husband completed a live-in flip, house hacked AND started their family while in that home. From there, they did a few more live-in flips and purchased/sold single-family rentals. Andrea transitioned to investing in commercial real estate in 2021. She jumped right in and purchased a motel in Colorado and converted it into a 32-unit apartment complex. She also owns and operates a large short-term rental in Omaha and a small apartment in Fremont.
With the unique combination of her experience as a tenant, business owner (and seller), and investor, Andrea can see unique uses for a property and understand both sides of a transaction and make it a win-win experience for everyone involved.
Andrea is married to her college sweetheart. They have three kids; Xander, Westyn and Sloan. And added a puppy, Mayzee, in 2022.
