Sarah Dealy brings a rich blend of experience and enthusiasm to our event management team as a Venue Manager. Her diverse background includes recruiting for top universities like Yale and Cornell, side gigs driven by her interest in the wine industry and starting a successful walking tour company after moving to Germany in 2011. 

As the owner and operator of Stuttgart Steps, Sarah developed a variety of tours, ranging from bringing history alive on city tours to exploring centuries of winemaking tradition paired with modern gastronomy in the beautiful vineyard-covered hills of Stuttgart. Her experience developing and leading these educational, one-of-a-kind adventures ignited her passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering premium customer service.  

Originally from Northern California, Sarah is enjoying getting to know her new home of Omaha with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her two goofy cats, entertaining, and listening to podcasts while cooking—especially experimenting with Sichuan dishes and replicating other flavors from home she couldn’t easily find during her time in abroad. Previously, she spent much of her free time exploring Europe, resulting in an obsession for travel, and she’s always planning her next trip.
