Lexi Janik joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2025 as Office Operations Specialist. Lexi brings a wealth of experience and passion for customer service which she gained from working in the restaurant industry. She has a talent for working under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service and leadership. Lexi’s transition into real estate allows her to leverage her people skills and experience in a hospitality-centric environment.

Originally from Iowa City, Lexi recently moved to Omaha to be closer to her partner and to explore new opportunities in a bigger city. She enjoys the vibrant dining scene in the downtown area, particularly the Old Market.

One of Lexi’s proudest personal accomplishments is hiking Mount Elbert, the tallest mountain in Colorado. Reaching the summit was a challenging yet rewarding experience that showcases her determination and resilience. In her free time, Lexi enjoys painting, hiking, and watching crime shows like Criminal Minds and Bones. She has a creative side that she expresses through acrylic painting, experimenting with layers and materials to create textured artwork. This hobby provides a relaxing and rewarding outlet for her creativity outside of work.
