As our Property Management Operations Specialist, Justine Mason is all about making sure our clients have a great experience. She’s dedicated to making sure everyone feels heard and taken care of, always ready to answer questions and solve problems with a friendly, efficient approach. Justine goes the extra mile to create positive, welcoming interactions, building trust with clients every step of the way. 

Before joining the team, Justine worked as a Claims Processor for the VA and as a Compliance Specialist for traveling nurses.  

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their 7-year-old son. They also have a 6-month-old cat named Luna. As a family, they enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s camping or spending a day at the lake. She also enjoys unwinding with a good book or watching documentaries.
