Hattie McCash is the Operations Director at PJ Morgan Real Estate. Hattie oversees the hiring and recruiting process, annual goal planning, and assuring all company policies and procedures are tracked and followed along with a multitude of other tasks. She has over 20 years of experience in multi-unit leadership roles, operations management, and staff development.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Metropolitan State College in Denver. Hattie’s adaptable, personable, and compatible nature makes her a great fit for her role here at PJ Morgan Real Estate. These traits also complement her role in becoming a licensed foster parent with her husband!  

Hattie and her husband have lived in 8 different states while pursuing their careers. They have enjoyed being back in the Omaha Metro the last few years raising their son closer to family. In her free time, she loves attending professional sporting events and cheering on her son in the little leagues. She also enjoys travel, reading, and watching a good Hallmark movie.
