Derrick was such an amazing resource during our 8-month journey of both selling our old house and finding our new and *forever* home. We embarked on this journey with the goal of finding and being moved into a house by that summer.  After seeing several houses and not falling in love with any of them, we became discouraged. But Derrick had our goal in mind and worked hard for us. After a short while of still no success, he suggested we build. We weren’t really thinking of going this route because we were on a deadline with a new baby coming and didn’t want the headache that came with the building process.
