Blake Kernan is a dedicated Property Manager. He holds a degree in business from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he concentrated on marketing, management, and real estate. His professional journey began as a realtor, and he plans to reinstate his license in the future. In 2021, Blake was recognized as the 9th most followed social media real estate influencer.  

Originally from San Diego, California, Blake moved to Omaha during his senior year of high school to be closer to family. He fell in love with the city and its community. One of his favorite events in Omaha is the College World Series.  

Blake is married and enjoys life with his wife and their two cats. In his free time, he enjoys listening to podcasts and music, playing volleyball, grilling, and spending quality time with his family.
