Trusted Vendor Program Disclosure

_{All participants in the Trusted Vendor Program (the “Program”) satisfy certain licensure, insurance, business referral, and other standards established for participation in the Program. PJ Morgan Real Estate makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of work to be performed by any Program participant and is not a partner, joint venturer, or employer of any Program participant. Program participants pay a fee to PJ Morgan Real Estate before being included in the Program. PJ Morgan Real Estate will not receive any commission or fee based upon whether or not you choose to hire a Program participant. PJ Morgan Real Estate recommends taking reasonable precautions before hiring any vendor, including, but not limited to conducting a thorough independent evaluation of a vendor’s qualifications for the work to be performed, and requesting additional referrals regarding the quality and performance of the vendor’s work, regardless of whether is a Program participant.}
