James de Montjoye is a Property Manager. His previous experience includes Commercial Property Management. James brings a wealth of knowledge in property management and a genuine passion for real estate, history, architecture, construction and restoration.
James holds an Honors degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska Omaha, specializing in Real Estate & Land Use Economics. James is driven by the variety and challenges of property management, enjoying the opportunity to work with diverse people and properties. He thrives in environments where no two days are the same.
Originally from Versailles, France, James moved to Omaha at 13. He’s earned several accolades for the National French proficiency exam. He has a unique international background, with a French father and an American mother, and his wife is from Thailand.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on cars, exploring technology, traveling, enjoying time with friends and finding new things to do.
