Meg Bullock is our Property Management Director, with over 15 years of experience her portfolio encompasses working with HOA’s, multi-family housing, student housing, hospitals, medical buildings, commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Meg’s innovative spirit drives her to stay responsive to the constantly changing demands of the industry. Her ability to embrace opportunities is a testament to her resilience and resourcefulness as a Property Management Director.

With a track record marked by notable achievements, Meg has been recognized as a ’40 under 40′ honoree, showcasing a commitment to excellence and innovation in the field. Holding certifications as a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and an AMS (Association Management Specialist).

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Meg enjoys raising her family here. Her and her husband have two daughters, alongside their furry companion Husker. Her free time involves coaching cheerleading at Omaha Central High School, trying new restaurants and exploring new places, spending time with her loved ones, golfing, and attending concerts. She is also an aficionado in color analysis, which is represented in her colorful style and personality.
