Koby Bretz is a Commercial Sales Assistant and REALTOR® with PJ Morgan Real Estate, working closely with our Director of Commercial Sales to support commercial real estate and business brokerage transactions. A former collegiate football player, Koby graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2025 and brings discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to his role. He assists with listing preparation, market research, lease analysis, and transaction coordination, helping ensure deals move efficiently from marketing through closing. Having grown up in Omaha and attended Westside High School, Koby has a strong connection to the local community.
Koby is pursuing his real estate license, driven by a genuine passion for the city of Omaha and a desire to give back by supporting responsible growth, job creation, and long‑term economic development. In his free time, Koby enjoys reading about philosophy, studying real estate and economics both within Nebraska and nationwide, and spending time with his dogs. Koby looks forward to supporting the continued growth of Omaha and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with the PJ Morgan Real Estate team.
