With nearly a decade of experience in customer-facing roles, Hayden brings a well-rounded background that includes retail, hospitality, short-term rentals, and tech support. His experience has helped shape a thoughtful, client-focused approach rooted in empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to help others feel heard and supported.

Hayden has lived in Omaha with his husband and two cats since 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, reading, and learning foreign languages. He is especially fond of tea and Asian cuisines, and can speak Mandarin Chinese at a conversational level.
