Chelsea Janke is the Venue Manager for The Ashton at Millwork Commons, where she brings a mix of hospitality experience and creativity to every event. Raised in Omaha, she ventured to Portland, Oregon, for several years before returning home in 2024 with a new perspective and a deeper appreciation for the community she grew up in.

Before stepping into her role at The Ashton, Chelsea spent over a decade in the service industry, where she developed a deep respect for hospitality and the human connection it creates. She credits those years with shaping her approach to events: leading with kindness, listening closely, and ensuring every client feels seen and heard.

Outside of work, Chelsea is an avid adventurer who enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and backcountry backpacking. She also has a love for travel, exploring new restaurants, and immersing herself in creative projects. These passions reflect the same curiosity and energy she brings to her role, helping her connect with clients and approach each event with fresh perspective.
